As a mom of 2 I like to try to do fun things each day to try to keep the Summer fun & exciting without hearing the words... "Mom I'm board!"
Here are some ideas to help get the Summer Planning Started:
*Summer Free or $1 Movies - You can save anything on the calendar to your personal online calendar.
*Free Bowling for the kids - Just pay for shoes
*Go on a Nature Walk - Those are best early in the morning or in the early evening during the hot Summer.
*Library Events - There are special events fro infants all the way up to adults & they are FREE!
*Summer Camps - Sometimes you just need a little break or need someone to watch the kids while you work - we have several great Summer Camps that are trusted in the community & priced very reasonably.
*Free Events - There are events throughout the Summer that are free or very low cost, Macaroni Kid will let you know about them!
*Plan Some Playdates - Now is the best time to see friends!
*Try a New Beach
*Visit a Community Pool
*Keep the kids reading this Summer with Summer Reading Program (they are FREE!)
