Welcome To The Young Arts Conservatory
Through the Young Arts Conservatory (Ages 6-11) and the Teen Productions (Ages 12-16) Maplewood Playhouse offers multiple opportunities every year for kids to be a star and learn all the new and exciting aspects of theater.
Every show is a new adventure and includes over 50 hours of instruction/rehearsal time, costume fee, two tickets to the show, and a show shirt. For those participating in the musicals they will get vocal as well as dance/movement training. They keep the pricing lower than the other programs around the area and offer payment plans and partial scholarships if requested and approved.
Maplewood Playhouse makes the program as instructional as possible so the children learn the skills they need to move forward in theatre and in life (i.e. working as part of a team etc.).
